About Our Products
We sell genuine, factory-sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products sourced through legitimate distribution channels. We describe our products and show images as accurately as we can, but packaging and artwork may differ slightly from the photos, and colours may look different on your screen.
Randomised Products
Booster packs, booster boxes, bundles, tins and many collection boxes contain randomly assorted cards. The specific cards in any product are determined by the manufacturer. We don’t open, search or weigh products, and we don’t guarantee that any product will contain a particular card, rarity or value.
Trademarks and Affiliation
Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. and The Pokémon Company. Treasure Pop is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these companies. Product names and images are used only to identify the genuine products we sell.
Orders
- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email after payment is received.
- We may limit quantities per customer, especially on new releases, to keep things fair.
- We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraud). If we do, we’ll refund you in full.
- Products are sold for personal use. We may cancel orders that appear to be placed for bulk resale.
Prices and Payment
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay.
- Prices and promotions can change without notice, but you’ll always pay the price shown when you placed your order.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
- Your card statement will show the charge from TREASUREPOP.
- You confirm that you’re authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Shipping and Risk
We ship within Australia as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Ownership and risk pass to you when the order is delivered to your nominated address.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Your Account
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Please tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website for anything unlawful or fraudulent, to submit false information, to interfere with the website’s security, or to scrape or copy our content without permission.
Errors
Occasionally our website may contain errors in pricing, descriptions or availability. We may correct these at any time and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products. Where our liability can’t be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods or refunding the price paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
